New Mosaics

I spent a lot of time after the terrible tragedy of January 8th in my glass studio working on a couple of mosaic projects. For me working in glass is very therapeutic and calming; and mosaics are a wonderful stress reliever.
Have been designing and creating quite a few Hummingbird mosaics to figure out which colors look best for the birds and surrounding design. It has been enjoyable. The sweet dog leash holder is the 2nd one I've made. I'm pleased with both of my latest mosaic projects!

Chilies

Finished this custom panel for a customer in Sacramento, California. Made with Bullseye, Uroboros, Wissmach hand rolled glass. Measures 24 x 20.

New Fusing Projects

This is my new favorite fused glass dish. Striped glass strips cut and squared up on a clear base with 2 borders; one clear and one orange. Fused flat and then slumped into my new "funky" mold. This is a Christmas gift for a good friend ;-)
